Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For hygienic reasons and due to the current health crisis, please do not open the packaging of the items below:

1. Adhesive bras
2.the articles of the beauty line series
3.tights and socks

The return of items purchased from Terouge Beauty is subject to certain conditions:
Due to the Corona virus, Terouge Beauty extends the return period from 14 to 90 days.
1. Items must be returned within 90 days from the date of sending the notice of withdrawal.
2. We will only take back unused and undamaged items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted : (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is issued.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact.terouge@gmail.com.

Items for sale (if applicable)
Only normal price items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact.terouge@gmail.com and send your item to 1b rue neuve L-4468 Belvaux (Luxembourg)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the originator had the order shipped to you to return it later, we will send a refund to the originator and they will inquire about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you must send it by mail to Terouge Beauty 1b rue neuve L-4468 Belvaux (Luxembourg)

You will have to pay your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
